After-sales Policy

After-sales handling follows quality acceptance, batch traceability, logistics records, and food safety principles.

ZhenYanJi after-sales handling refers to quality acceptance, batch testing and traceability, food-safety recall principles, and logistics records. We review the product condition, order record, delivery record, and evidence provided.

Eligible Cases

Transit Damage

The package is seriously damaged and affects the item. Photos of the box, label, item, and delivery condition are required.

Wrong or Missing Items

The received item does not match the order, or purchased items are missing from the parcel.

Quality Issue

The product has an obvious abnormal condition. Original packaging, batch details, and photos should be retained.

Unopened Return

Unopened items that do not affect resale and meet store policy may be reviewed by support.

Time Window & Evidence

Please inspect the parcel within 48 hours after delivery. Keep the outer box, shipping label, packaging, batch label, photos, or unpacking video, and submit the order number to support.

Resolution

After review, we may offer replacement, exchange, refund, partial compensation, or another reasonable solution. Food-safety or batch-related cases will be recorded and handled with traceability procedures.

Not Eligible

Improper personal storage, late requests, opened items without quality issues, or missing evidence may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
